Structural component tagging
Tag every finding to a load-bearing wall, foundation, floor system, column, beam, or building envelope, plus a free-text location like "NW stairwell, 3rd floor."
AI-assisted measurement
On-device computer vision measures width against a reference marker, and Gemini classifies crack type and severity. Every estimate is labeled as an estimate.
Engineer verification & audit trail
An engineer overrides any AI value with their own. Both are kept permanently — with the verifier's name and timestamp — and the AI figure can never be silently overwritten.
Consolidated project reports
One PDF per building: firm-branded cover, findings summary table, and a section per crack with photos, history, and a verified-versus-AI column. English or Spanish.

The field workflow is four steps, and the last one is always a person.

Enter the building, address, CO year, jurisdiction, and whether this is a Phase 1 or Phase 2 milestone inspection.
Capture in the field
Photograph each crack with a reference marker. Tag the structural component and note where in the building it sits.
Verify the numbers
Review each AI-assisted measurement and record your own verified width and severity. Your name and the date go on the record.
Issue the report
Generate one consolidated PDF for the building, review it, and issue it under your firm's authority and branding.

Audit records are immutable
The original AI estimate and every engineer verification are write-once. Nobody can edit or delete them — not your admins, not us — while the organization exists.
No AI keys on the device
The app never holds an AI provider key. Analysis is proxied through our authenticated backend, which also enforces every usage limit server-side.
Encrypted, and no ads
All traffic runs over HTTPS. We show no ads, use no advertising SDKs, and never sell your data. Account deletion removes your firm's records and files.
